The Santa Maria Valley Quilt Guild recently donated $250 to the PVHS Clothing and Fashion Program.

The donation was made to highlight the achievements and support the growth of the program, according to Apparel Construction & Design Program Teacher Melissa Diaz.

“It was an honor to be chosen as the donation recipient,’’ Diaz said. “My students impress me every day and I am thankful for the support of our community. I look forward to putting the money to good use toward our program here.’’
