The Ernest Righetti High School Agriculture Department is pleased to recognize 36 students who earned industry certifications this academic year. Through an intensive certification program, the students gained essential career skills in various Career and Technical Education (CTE) subject areas that will promote a successful transition to postsecondary education and the workforce. The students completed on-line quizzes in a variety of industry areas, according to Amy Guerra, Warrior Agriculture Teacher. The industry areas are sponsored by large corporations and are available to Ag students through a special program. These industry certifications are an amazing opportunity and advantage for students to have when applying for jobs and colleges.” Guerra added. The certification recipients include:
