PVHS Welcomes Two New Coaches

PVHS New Coaches

Pioneer Valley High School is pleased to introduce two new coaches to the Athletic Department.

Antoinette Davis is the Panther Head Girl’s Tennis Coach. Davis, who is a Special Education Teacher, also coaches softball.

Heydi Elenes is the Panther Head Girl’s Cross Country Coach. Elenes, who is a School Counselor, also coaches track.

Athletic Director Anthony Morales said the school community is very excited about how the two coaches have started off the season.

“Antoinette is also assisted by Kristina Yoder, who is the sister of Katie Daly, who was our former head coach,’’ Morales said. “Katy moved out of the state, and we miss her very much. However, we are very excited with the coaching team of Davis and Yoder for our girl’s tennis program.”

Morales added, “Heydi is another gem on campus, and she replaces Riccardo Magni. Heydi had her first official season as head girl’s track coach last spring. She is pulling double duty with the cross- county program and enjoying every minute of it along with her counseling duties.’’
